Our Mums & Bubs Yoga is a nurturing class that allows you the space to look after yourself while interacting with your baby. It's a great space to meet other new mums where you will find support. A place where balance can come to your physical and emotional needs.
Ideal for babies from 6 weeks to 12 months.
Please ensure your doctor has given the okay to start exercising before attending the class.
