Yoga for Anxiety and Depression - Proudly supporting beyondblue

We are running a series of Yoga classes for Anxiety and Depression. The classes will consist of gentle Yoga, working with the breath and mindfulness techniques which can help alleviate the symptoms of anxiety and depression.

Classes will be held every Tuesday from 3rd October until the 21st November.

Arrival for class is 10.45 for an 11am start.

You can attend a single class or come to all of them.

All classes are by donation.
All proceeds will supporting beyondblue.
